FAQs

What is a 360 degree image?

A 360 degree image from Samurai Virtual Tours is produced from professionally photographed, digitally optimized panoramic images that allow the users to look in every direction, including right, left, up and down as if they were standing in the actual room (or place).

Low dynamic range 360 degree images are built from six to eight 180 degree fisheye images. High Dynamic Range (HDR) 360 degree images are built using eighteen to twenty-four images or more. For both low and high dynamic ranges, the images are optimized digitally and stitched together to form a complete 360 degree spherical image. When viewed, the images are seamless with no overlapping or doubles.

Our 360 degree virtual tour images not only give the viewer the ability to see the complete space (not just a restricted horizontal view as with some competitors' panoramic images), but they are also an accurate representation of the space in regards to true to life color and exposure.

Don't just take our word for it; visit our virtual tour portfolio pages to experience the difference yourself!
